Let us take you to the other side of Hawaii that you possibly are not aware of - where their only option is to live on the beach because of the high cost of living. There is a high rate of drug addiction among adults as well as youth. Many live on sectioned homestead land where they have to be 50% or more Hawaiian ethnic background to live. The people are similar to Native Indians who live on reservations.

Dear Friends,

          Pray for Rubi! Just overnite she woke up with a terrible cough. We went to a walk-in clinic here in Springfield, MO and after blood tests and x-rays she was diagnosed with type A influenza and a bacterial pneumonia. Please pray she recovers quickly.
          She is scheduled to speak four times at a three day Ladies Retreat in Killeen, TX. If her conditions aren't better in two days we will have get her into a hospital. She is bedridden for three days at least and on the strongest antibiotics they can give without admitting her. So, please pray for her to get well soon.

Continue to Pray
          Our scheduling in New Churches has been coming along as God continues to provide through our personal contact, a supporting pastor or friends recommendations. We continue to make as many preachers meetings that we can attend to present the field God has called us to.

Praise the Lord!
          This past week we were in Pastor Sam Davison's church in Oklahoma City, OK. The mission conference was a tremendous blessing as souls were saved, baptized and joining the church throughout the meetings. The preaching was convicting and several surrendered to full time service. Amen!
          Pastor Bruce Willis of Midland, TX called to tell us of the church voted to pick us up for support. Amen! We thank the Lord for their burden for missions in Hawaii. Amen!
