Let us take you to the other side of Hawaii that you possibly are not aware of - where their only option is to live on the beach because of the high cost of living. There is a high rate of drug addiction among adults as well as youth. Many live on sectioned homestead land where they have to be 50% or more Hawaiian ethnic background to live. The people are similar to Native Indians who live on reservations.

Weekly Report

March 17, 2009

Dear Friends,

Quick update Rubi's getting better, Praise the Lord!, and we are back in Killeen, TX. Thank the new churches in Ardmore, OK and Lewisville TX for understanding and allowing Rubi to stay in bed during services this past Sunday a.m. & p.m.
Turns out her lowered white blood cell count attributed to her sudden flu and pneumonia onset. It was literally overnight that she got really sick, one day after our 34th Anniversary. We thank God for the doctors quick response for blood tests and x-rays that revealed her condition. Amen!

Continue to Pray

We are so grateful for everyone's prayers and well wishes through our email and want to make sure we give God the glory and honor for everything He has done for us.
Please continue to pray for Rubi's Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN) medication that works without detrimental side-affects. We will see her neurologist next week Tuesday who expressed only one case of lowered white blood cell counts after 30 years of prescribing the medication. Now he has two cases.

Praise the Lord!

Rubi is resting and I will be attending preachers meetings this Thursday a.m. in Weatherford, TX
We want to thank you all for the support financially and know that our medical expenses are becoming a burden again. But the Lord knows and we pray for his blessings and provisions.

God Bless you folks
