Weekly Report

April 16, 2008

Dear Friends,

We work the field of souls - together you and I. Oh, that God's people would continue to uphold their missionaries with prayer and support. God's Word will be carried to the ends of the world. As we travel hundreds and hundreds of miles the preaching of God's Word shouts out, "Stay Committed to God". As God is our Master, we pray that we will remain loyal and faithful in all things. God help us.

Updates

On April 13, we attended Good Samaritan Baptist Church in Birmingham, AL. for the opening of their missions conference. We were also blessed by the Dart Family Singers. The songs ministered to the heart and soul.
We then preceded to Conway, AR for a pastor's fellowship meeting in attempts to schedule more invites to share our field.

Praise News

How heart-warming it was to have been in a church that has faithfully prayed and supported us for 18yrs....where the light still shines bright for missions! This week, we have been in a meeting where the Word of God brought fire to our hearts. The Word came straight - without being watered down. It brought us back to the remembrance of the old-fashioned Bible preaching days. What joy is found when we travel amongst God's people.

Special Needs And Prayer Requests

We have some unpaid medical bills that will likely drain our bank account. (listed below) If you can help us with this immediate need, it will be greatly appreciated. With the price of gas rising all over, we need to keep our tank filled to reach our next destination.
Colonoscopy & upper GI = $357.44.... CT scan = $188.48.... CT Scan - dental nerve = $81.99....UltraSound = $119.00.... (Total Medical Bills = $746.91 ) Our old car a 1997 Chevy Blazer with no heater or air conditioner and 235,000 miles blew its engine. This caused us to secure a loan for $7000 to get into a safe vehicle for all our traveling. We must also pay the loan back so your help to re-coup this debt would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, the needs are great, but we know God will provide. Pray also for our increase of support. Mahalo for all your prayers and support.

Co-laborers in Christ,

El & Rubi Kaeo
